Tim Ryan – Non-executive Chairman

Tim Ryan, aged 43, is the non-executive Chairman. He joined the Board on 19 October 2001 and was appointed Chairman on 30 June 2006. Mr. Ryan is also Chairman of Bell Pottinger International, one of the United Kingdom?s largest public relations companies. He was formerly head of corporate and investor relations at SkyePharma Plc, one of the world?s leading drug delivery companies and was director of Corporate Communications at NTL.

Phil Rogers – Chief Executive
	Phil Rogers joined the Group in February 2007 as Corporate Development Director, and was appointed to the Board as Chief Financial Officer replacing Rob Murphy on 27 September 2007. Phil was previously Vice-President Corporate Development at Electronic Arts and is a chartered accountant.

Nigel Wayne – Non-executive director
	Nigel Wayne was appointed to the Board on 20 July 2001. He is a Chartered Accountant with considerable experience of advising and funding growing companies in the technology and media sectors. As a former finance director of SCi he also has extensive experience of the computer games industry.

Roger Ames – Non-executive director
	Appointed to the Board on 25 September 2006, Roger Ames has extensive experience of the entertainment industry having previously held positions as executive vice-president of Polygram and president of Polygram Music Group in 1996. Subsequently he was chairman and CEO of Warner Music Group from 1999 to 2004. Roger is currently CEO of EMI Music North America.

Don Johnston - Non-executive Director

Don Johnston joined the Board on 26 March 2007 and is Managing Director and Chairman of Deutsche Bank's European Mergers & Acquisitions business. He has over 28 years experience in M&A advisory work and general corporate finance services. Previously he was a board director of Bankers Trust International where he ran BT Wolfensohn, the Bank's European M&A practice and acted as co-head of Investment Banking in Europe.

Kevin Tsujihara – Non-executive Director

Kevin Tsujihara was appointed to the Board on 12 June 2008. He is currently President of Warner Bros. Home Entertainment Group which includes the studio?s home video, digital distribution, on-line, wireless, games, anti-piracy and emerging technology operations. He joined Warner Bros. in 1994 and has previously held positions as Executive Vice President, New Media, with oversight of all of the company?s new media operations, and Executive Vice President, Corporate Business Development and Strategy. Prior to joining Warner Bros. he founded QuickTax, Inc., an Internet-based company specializing in electronic tax filing and financial data.

Aaron Brown – Non-executive director

Aaron Brown joined the Board on 12 June 2008 and is a Director of R20 Limited, the investment vehicle of Robert Tchenguiz. Aaron Brown joined R20 in 2002 and currently sits on a number of Boards of its portfolio companies including Mitchells & Butlers (as of 20 June 2008), Somerfield, Bay Restaurant Group, Globe Tenanted Pub Company and Menzies Hotels. Prior to joining R20, Mr. Brown was an investment banker at Citigroup and Merrill Lynch and a lawyer at Shearman & Sterling.
